How fast will I receive my order?
Orders are usually sent no later than the next working day after receipt of the order (if all ordered products are in stock). In this case, the goods will most likely arrive to you no later than 2 working days from receipt of the order. At times of heavy busy service, this period may be extended (for example, during the shopping hurry before Christmas).

If the goods are not in stock, but are on order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. We usually deliver the goods to order within 14 days.

Do the aerial equipment sold on your site come from reliable sources?
The equipment on our website have been verified and used by professional aerialists for years. For each product, the country of origin and the working load limits are indicated.

When will the goods be in stock?
If you are interested in goods that are not in stock, it is possible to order them. We will contact you after creating your order.

Is it possible to pick up the products in person?
At present, personal collection is only possible at the post offices and collection points of carriers.

Do you also ship goods to other countries? What is the price for transporting the ordered products? What modes of transport can I choose?
